Tournaments require 2 to 5 hours to host (depending on format). Will this be difficult for you? If so, lets talk about it to see if we can resolve the difficulties. There are always options. :-)

We realize that life can be unpredictable and there will be times when you need to be away from hosting responsibilities. However, when you commit to slots on the tournament schedule, you become responsible for that tournament and will either host it, or arrange for a replacement within the IBA Host Team. Can we count on you to do that?
